Welcome to PotePlus. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information when you log colony rounds, box checks, and yard notes on your device.
1. About PotePlus
PotePlus is a utilities app for capturing weak-box and strong-box marks, nectar notes, open-box caps, and colony goals. It is designed as an on-device yard ledger. There is no account system and no cloud ledger backend operated by us.
2. Information Processed on Device
Depending on how you use the app, PotePlus may store locally:
- Box rounds such as scores, weak / strong type, yard tags, dates, and short inspection notes
- Category labels, daily open-box caps, strong-colony targets, and related progress history
- Optional photos you attach for frames, stores, or yard reference
- Optional short voice notes tied to a round
- Studio preferences such as display settings and feedback drafts you write in-app
Camera, Photos, and Microphone access are used only when you choose those features. PotePlus does not require contacts or precise location to operate core ledger tools.
3. Storage & Sharing
Records stay in the app sandbox on your device. When you export CSV files, backups, yard reports, or heat summaries, PotePlus creates them at your request and opens the system share sheet. Destinations you pick are governed by those apps’ own policies.
4. What We Do Not Do
- No sign-up, login, or remote user account
- No ads, in-app purchases, or advertising tracking SDKs
- No sale of personal information
- No upload of your yard ledger to our servers
5. Your Choices
You may edit or delete rounds, caps, and goals at any time. Uninstalling the app typically removes sandbox data, subject to any device backups you manage separately.
6. Children
PotePlus is not directed at children under 13. Do not use the app to store information about children if you are not authorized to do so.

If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and the “Updated” date above.
